Our goal is to provide the highest quality service to individuals with disabilities, while empowering them to improve the skill sets used throughout their daily lives. At Carden Elite Supported Living we value an environment that fosters honesty, respect, and compassion. Our Vision is to enhance the quality of life of the individual and their family. We believe they are the ones who should act as the primary decision makers in determining how their daily life is managed to growing the meaningful role they play in the community. This includes the ability for individuals to have control over the amount of funding used to obtain the support they need as well as assistance in connecting with resources that will enhance their quality of life. 

We believe that individuals should be recognized for who they are and what they can contribute. We encourage each individual to take a leadership role in the development of their care plan. We also collaborate with individuals and families when developing policies and practices to ensure all voices are heard and respected. We promote the belief that people with developmental disabilities are people first. We use a person-centered planning process to discover what is profoundly important to and about a person and what talents and skills that individual possesses. This ongoing process is value-based and focuses on a positive vision for the future of the person grounded in his/her strengths, preferences, and capacities for acquiring new skills and abilities. We also believe that service coordination is the accepted format for the provision of needed support and services. We strive to provide quality and compassionate care while acting as an advocate and support to the individual and their family.
